Biography 

Elisabeth "Liz" Noland is a fifth year PhD Candidate in Social Psychology at Purdue University working with Dr. Margo Monteith in the Monteith Intergroup Relations and Inclusion Lab. Their research interests center on examining strategies for reducing intergroup bias and creating environments in which targets of bias can thrive.
